On cars spinners only work when you it is in motion. The spinning of the tires causes the spinner to turn eventually. Once the spinner is spinningit will keep it's momentum until it runs out of energy. So when a car with spinners comes to a red light the spinners are still spinning. Hence the coolness of them.
So does this mean that the teeth spinners will only spin when you start talking?
