Blog Spam?!?!

I have gotten 3 comments today from people who want me to go to thier site and check it out. Sure sounds like fun. People are viewing my site, posting comments, reading stuff. I love that. But when I go to thier sites all I see is a page trying to sell me something. So my question is, "Is there such a thing as blog spamming?"

See I get an email everytime someone posts a comment here. That fills my inbox with possible junk mail that wastes my time and energy.

I really appriciate all of you that visit everyday (hopefully several times a day) and hope that you enjoy what I enjoy. Please stop inviting me to buy your stuff. Chances are slim that I will buy printer toner or Viagra online or ever not that I have been offered...yet.
