Why Pete? Why?

Those of you who grew up in the 80's will recall a great song "You spin me right round (like a record)" performed by Dead or Alive who's lead singer is a man (by birth) named Pete Burns. Here is the album cover.
As you can see Pete has never really lived on planet earth. Even in the 80's this was a bit much. Today Pete is suing a plastic surgeon for a botched lip implant job.

In a world where trans fats are now banned in restaurants within entire cities should we not turn our attention to doctors who can alter a person into some"thing" that evolution wouldn't do? Is there NOTHING plastic surgeons won't do for money?
