DELL tech support SUCKS!!!!

I am having issues with my Dell.com account so I get their 800 number for Small Business because this concerns work. I dial the number and get their menu and press the appropriate number to go to account information. So a woman answers the phone and wants to know my purchase order and I tell her that I don't have one because I am having problems with on-line account. I purchased 2 laptops for work on Friday and they are not listed as purchased or anything. So then she starts asking me if this is for a personal or business account. HELLO!!! I dialed the 800 for BUSINESS accounts. So then she asks me if I have a purchase order...again. So I told her she was being rude and that I dialed the 800 number for small business so she should already know that and that I ordered 2 laptops and they are not ordered or if they are I don't see them. So then she tells me that she is the call director and it's her job to gather information about the call and direct it to the correct department.

THEN WHY IN THE HELL DID I HAVE TO FIND THE NUMBER FOR SMALL BUSINESS THEN LISTEN TO A DETAILED PHONE MENU AND SELECT THE DEPARTMENT MYSELF?!?!?!

Then after all that she tells me that the department I would be sent to doesn't open for 10 more minutes! GRRRRRR!!!!! HULK RAGE!!!! BEYATCH!!!
