There has been talk in the city I live in about giving free WiFi (provided by the local government (you and me)) but I don't like the idea. Why? This is a perfect example of why. First
A gamer in Alaska got busted for using the local library's free WiFi after hours to play WoW (World of Warcraft). Cops took his laptop and stuff. Apparently, they have some strict rules on the usage of their WiFi like you can't plug in to a power outlet. wha?! You also can't tap into the free WiFi signal after closing-time.

Huh, that's interesting... THIS is worth debating and making change in our communities... our world has evolved and rules for this WiFi world are not clear... I'm interested in discussing this further...
