Kimchi. You either love it or you hate it. I've had some. Meh. But apparently there's a need for it in space so that's why some company is making it for space travel.Those of you unfamiliar with Kimchi...take a cabage, throw in some hot sauce then dump it all into a pot and let it rot for a couple months. Yum!
